Overview
The Pink Mountains in the Khizi region are known for their unusual red-pink hue. This color is due to the high iron content and other minerals in the rocks, creating bright and picturesque landscapes. The green forests and mountains that surround us all the way allow us to enjoy the views of the Caucasus. Khinalug, located at an altitude of 2,350 meters above sea level in the Caucasus Mountains of Azerbaijan, is one of the highest and oldest settlements in the country. The village has more than 5,000 years of history and is renowned for its unique Khinalug language, which is not related to any other language group. The village also features ancient mosques, Zoroastrian temples, and traditional stone houses, attracting visitors with their authenticity and cultural heritage.

    Khinalig is an ancient highland village in Azerbaijan, situated at an altitude of around 2,300 meters above sea level, and is considered one of the highest settlements in Europe. The residents of Khinalig speak a unique language that has no written form and does not belong to any known language group. The village is famous for its traditional stone houses, cultural customs, and picturesque views of the Caucasus Mountains.
